Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Verifeon (the "Bot"), its verification dashboard, and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by YokoyaDev ("we", "us", "our"). By adding Verifeon to a Discord server, using its verification flow, or subscribing to Verifeon Premium, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines to use Verifeon. You must have permission to add bots to any server you invite Verifeon to, typically the "Manage Server" permission.

2. What Verifeon does

Verifeon is a verification bot that requires new members to pass a captcha and automated checks (such as account-age, VPN/proxy, and join-pattern analysis) before receiving access to a server. Server owners and admins configure which roles, channels and thresholds apply to their server.

3. Server owner responsibilities

• You are responsible for how Verifeon is configured in your server, including which members are blocked or allowed.
• You must not use Verifeon's settings (including account-age blocking or geo-targeting) to unlawfully discriminate against individuals.
• You are responsible for informing your members that verification data is processed by Verifeon, where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Verifeon to facilitate harassment, evade Discord's platform rules, circumvent bans, or process verification for a server engaged in illegal activity. We may suspend or refuse service to any server or user for a good-faith belief that these Terms or applicable law is being violated.

5. Premium subscriptions

Verifeon Premium is an optional paid subscription, billed monthly per server, that unlocks additional features described on our Premium page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Verifeon online and responsive, but the Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Verification checks (captcha, account-age, VPN detection, and similar signals) are provided on a best-effort basis and are not a guarantee against all forms of spam, raids or abuse.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YokoyaDev is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Verifeon, including damages resulting from a member bypassing verification or from misconfiguration of the Bot's settings by a server admin.

8. Termination

You may remove Verifeon from your server at any time. We may suspend access to the Bot for servers that violate these Terms, Discord's policies, or applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Verifeon after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
